I slept on the ferry, and arrived to find Susan ... it was such a relaxing morning over .... we did a little shopping and looking for these special flip flops for the boys from my mom for their birthday ... and after the 4th shop, I found 3 in perfect sizes on sale for the boys and I was also able to grab a set for mom too! So that was exciting .... after that, we met Jen for Mexican food. Such a good time spent ...
I took a picture of this because Susan also walks into screen doors, so she now hangs a ribbon ....
and her garden inspires me!! Everyone's garden is interesting to me now, just like my mom hoped or said it would now that i am older!
Dessert with Mike ... he went deep into his workshop and dug out his hidden chocolates....
And I was happy to get this text from Isaac ... the boys are in charge of feeding Chris (and themselves) while I am gone ... so that night was bbq drumsticks and corn on the cob.
After the best sleep (anywhere but home is a great sleep because I don't, or can't, listen for Isaac), we packed to hit the road for a very big day trip!!!

The town of Winthrop is a little Western town ... everything looks so authentic and cute .... even the ice cream man!!
We watched a glass blower ....
And then found Sun Mountain Inn where we swam and napped and waited for our massages.
The 'before' massages shot ... never did get an aftershot because of the fog I was in .... seriously best I have ever had .... the woman had strong hands!!
Time to head home and say goodbye to Sun Mountain Inn ....
This was Elliots night for dinner ... Spaghetti with Parmesan!
Turning in for sleep .... crawling into bed was a beautiful thing after that long day! Fresh flowers and all!
Morning came early with promises of espresso from Eli and Luca!!
Foxy, the pillow pet coming home for Elliot for his birthday from Susan and Mike ....
He found it in my suitcase before I had a chance to hide it for his birthday!! But he loves it ... as does Mittens, obviously ;-)
