It was our night to make dinner ... neither of us liked the menu that was set before us, and Nancy is such a stress case to cook for, I second guessed everything I made! But here we go: Angel food cake and strawberries and whip cream ... a family favorite, so even if nobody was happy with this one, I knew I would be lol (only psychopaths don't like angel food cake)

Garlic pork bites and coconut lime rice ... roasted butternut squash and garlic steamed beans ... all good and all devoured .....

Apparently they have a "WAY" of setting up the food squares (which nobody shared with us, so we obviously got it wrong ... veggies go on the RIGHT - so people fill up on that, and then meat on the LEFT, so they can save on the expensive stuff ... insert eye roll here, the dishes are literally millimeters beside eachother .....)

Working in a hot kitchen with a mask is VERY over-rated ....

DEVOURED!!!

Now for dishes ... it's funny ... attentive owners, jumping in to help, bringing a friend who offered free labor, and no real thank-you's ...it was like we were putting them out or doing it all wrong ... it was psychologically all a bit of a challenge, but also very entertaining to watch .....

A glass of wine and Kings in the Corner to end the day ...

The last morning I thought it would be nice to get a picture of the two of them ... well, it went better in my mind as Phil started to argue about something with Shannon on the way out to the front and by the time we got their, neither of us wanted him in a picture ... so I snapped this one and we walked back inside rolling our eyes ... with Phil walking behind us going "What?..."

Isaacs youth leader was there for his honeymoon ... Tigger was trying to get some love from him.

When I left for the lodge, Elliot didn't really say goodbye to me, but he made sure to say "Say hi to Tigger for me!"
