We mostly chilled around the house for the day, playing with Jack and eating...until Brad came home and around 8, he was like 'um, its your birthday car-go OUT!!'......so we grudgingly put our shoes on, carrie put her hat on and we headed out to Joeys for Carrie's favorite Lychee martini....we had fun.
A nice young fellow came over and thought we needed to have our picture taken together...which explains the 'non-self' shot that the rest of the weekend is probably going to entail!Rock climbing is next on the birthday agenda.....
I wish i had pictures from thursday night--Cristin and i headed to victoria for the evening...we shopped, went out for dinner and were checked into the resort by 8:30--just in time for greys and private practice in front of a fire.....so far--pretty great weekend. But it feels over already...sigh!
oh--and on other news---elliot kept his diaper dry ALL night last night for the first time, and when chris went in this morning, he was like 'pee!! pee!' and he ran down the hall to go to the bathroom! AND Isaac slept in his bed ALL night...seems like the boys need me to be gone to make these milestones!! Doesn't make me less proud though!
