Thankful for friends this weekend.....

We traveled to vancouver on thursday night to get a visit in with our friends Jeff and Gina:

 They have the most warm, welcoming home....

 We love visiting them.....and the kids love playing with eachother..

 All round, it was the most relaxing way to launch into our Thanksgiving weekend.....

The next morning, we got in a quick visit to our old camp buds....didn't get the camera out....but here is the sweetest shot of the two of them--they just celebrated 14 years!!!  Aw...and we were there from the  beginning!

 Here we are in Vernon, of all places at this beautiful spa to take some pictures and someone popped there head out of the spa doors and took us by surprise!!

 It was Sarah!!

And the final installment in the 'friends' segment of the thanksgiving blog: Sue's wedding!  Sue is a dear friend from qwanoes who i see twice a year on average.....one of those friends who i feel, as though i never see but, will always have a spot in my heart.  She got married on the day that my family was having our thanksgiving dinner....but we were able to get away around 10 to give her a quick hug and meet her new husband!

I feel so lucky that we were able to spend time with some wonderful friends this weekend.....
