We were pretty happy to have Karen come alone with us on the ferry. A little more time to be able to spend with her was lovely.
Goodbyes with my mom always leave me a little choked up. Love her so much. She drives me so crazy sometimes but she is definatly one of my favorite people in the world.
And we are off. Married for twenty wonderful years!!!! Let’s go celebrate that by running through Europe together!!
He slept every chance he could. Anywhere he could lie down because sleeping while sitting up is pretty much impossible.

And then we arrived in London.
A very hot and long tube ride to our hotel and we have never been so happy to fall into bed and sleep for a few hours.
After a shower and a change of clothes, it was so fun to just walk around.
Hyde park is a really nice area. Here we are at the Italian restaurant beside the hotel.
After dinner we explored and just walked around for a few hours. Here is Paddington station! So grand!!
Once back at the hotel, it was time for staff meeting with the board. Chris Skyped in and was included in everything. What an amazing time we live in that will let us stay so close in touch with our people whole being on the other side of the world!!
