Taking Legoland!!!

Our first ride....elliot attempting to pass the height test because he is 3/4 inch too short!  Though much coaching of taking a big breath, standing tall.....
.....he didn't pass, and on the sidelines, he says: "i hate it that i can't go on this ride"
this was the ride he missed....it was sorta lame.  Through more coaching, he was able to cheat the system and take a bigger breath and stretch his neck up for the next rides measurement, which was for a rollercoaster...MUCH more awesome.

Just a moment before this shot was taken, Elliot was screaming top of his lungs in fear....not sure how isaac got him laughing....
his face says it all, it WAS a sorta lame ride.
Check it out; for the first time ever, we were the parents waiting on the side while our kids did some rides!!

Building cars at legoland imagination station....elliots was a simple, yet effective design.
Isaac, on the other hand is more like me, he handed the wheels back to the lady and scooped some other kids 'already made' lego design...yup, work smart not hard buddy!

Isaac was very serious through this 'driving test' where the kids got to ride free of parents and rails!!  He drove down many left sides of the roads, which we just attributed to having some british family....
Elliot was also given a smaller scale driving test, where he looks up at chris while driving and yells "I am going to CRASH"...which he does, and then had to be lifted off the side to continue driving...sigh...a sign of things to come??

i was under the impression that isaac would be my partner with all the rollercoaster, turns out, my last hope will be Elliot...check out his happy, screaming face!!
We pretty much opened and closed legoland today......
$20 per ticket, not $89 {thank you Craigslist!}, $22 for new lego for christmas {isaac thinks its for his friend Rocco, but its really for him!!}, time with the family with no major meltdowns; priceless.
