Volcano excitement!!!

This guy.  Man.  He just can think of something and build it.  He looks at this tower.  This really high tower that we use for night games so someone stands in it, way up high and flashes lights on kids running in the dark.  Well, this year he built a volcano around it with a maze inside the volcano!!!!!  Tonight he was heading out to cover up the frame with this millfelt type material.  I offhandedly asked if he could use help and he shrugged and said sure. (Eye roll, such a lone wolf)

Not realizing that this job would require us to go as high as the cherry picker would take us, I didn’t totally enjoy the heights of being almost 30 feet up, holding long pieces of material which Chris would lean over and screw it all in!!

Looks pretty good hey?  I’ll update later when he puts the “lava” in!!!  It’s so cool. 

You can see here, it’s not a little thing but quite majestic when it appears in your eyesight through the trees.  It’s going to be amazing this summer.  And then without thought or emotion, he’ll unscrew it and take it all down in the fall and move on.
