So far I have cut all the veggies for dinner tonight, going to try my hand at some Chinese food!! Kung pao chicken, and Chinese veggies and maybe a beef and broccoli dish if our guests bring beef!! It really is a process to get everything prepped. Nicer work with friends, so I am looking forward to this afternoon.
A little gift from my sweet in-laws has come in handy! A garbage bucket, I usually have to use the sink, so this was kind of a treat to skip the cleanup!!
And from mike and Laura.....since I am the only one in this house who drinks coffee. Not sure if I am a fan.... I would like to try a French press and see what I prefer.
It's 7 now and I am waiting to hear back from Amanda to whether we are braving the elements.... Or if I will be one of those girls who starts up P90 x in the new year... I groan just thinking of it, so probably just a walk/run!!!
I miss the early light of Florida.... It's so dark right now!!! Oh well, fire is on, coffee in hand.... I wonder if my sister is up.
