Day 24 - Troye

Troyes was a surprise ... a small, alluring charming little medieval French town.  Once we arrived, we saw a bunch of people entering into a little community theatre.  When we inquired what was happening, it turned out to be the local symphony putting on a Su.nday afternoon show.  At only 4 euros per person, we quickly snagged some tickets and sat down!  Feeling quite excited about this little unexpected turn.

After long enough with the symphony, we wandered the streets....

Look!  Another cathedral!

We were starving by the end of our day ... always around the time people put all their food away and only serve crepes and cafes!!  So we walked up to the restaurant and asked in our BEST french "do you have REAL food, not just crepes?" and thankfully they did!

After dinner was time to link arms and continue exploring ....

Mom wanted us to check out this garden that was nearby.... unfortunately it was closed ....

Sporadically through the trip, I would call the folks and have them come along with us on our days ... today mom got to come with us through some gardens in Troye....
